As an homage to the Masterchef round where they have to guess what type of ingredient it is please find my dish tonight that has an interesting name

Can you guess the name?

Clues

1) It is mainly potato

2) The name has a Viking influence and the initials for it are JT

Any guesses?

Johansson's Temptation. (Or some such.) Incidentally, you want to make that in a shallower dish else the potatoes won't cook through.
