Gone, gone, in half and hour of genius from South Park last night. From now until the end of time it will be known as..........."Dances with Smurfs,"

And they ripped the piss out of Glenn Beck too! When South Park get it right the results are superb.

Just genius. hehe

Superb episode.

Although I wonder how many people at Fox news will actually have the mental capacity to realise that they are being lampooned? Gleen Beck will probably take it as some sort of tribut and endorsement from Parker and Stone.... idiot.

Anyway it didn't make me leugh as much as the Harley Rider 'fags' episode, that episode reduced me to tears.

I don't think they ripped on titanic at all, dude.
It was pretty much an assault on Glenn Beck.

Yeah, I got that. I thought you were implying they were taking the piss out of Titanic as you said "From now on it will be known as 'Dancing with smurfs'" when seemingly refering to titanic.

My mistake.

Didn't know avatar cost that much to make though. It's not going to make that back.

That's the rumour. With its advertising budget this is meant to be how much its going to cost to release. And when the first trailer came out a lot of internet geeks said it looked like Ferngully In Space. A lot of people at Fox are very, very worried.

Perhaps it's a bit premature, but I can already spot one glaring plot hole - if the disabled guy is convinced to use one of the aliens as his avatar body to be able to walk again and that is possible, how come they don't have the technology to either:

a) simply repair the damage to him, or

b) give him a human avatar?

"Ferngully in space"

Yes!

From the trailers I've seen they could be spot on with that one, not at all convinced by this

When you have that kind of money the only thing that drives you is success. I think he will be bothered if it a is a flop when he has put time and money into the project

What an odd attitude....you think that because he has wealth it doesnt affect him if the film fails? You might as well say Bill Gates doesnt care if anyone buys windows 7 or Beckham doesnt care if he never scores a goal again.

The man is an artist...he wouldnt have got into for fame and fortune so i doubt its his driving force now.

:haha:

Point.

Your head.

I'm very sure indeed he won't be too impressed if Avatar bombs, like most directors I'm sure he'd like a good reception. What I was actually refering to was him being lampooned on South Park as that is what the OP was refering too.
