I'm look at purchasing a Chopard Black Speed 2 Mille Miglia but the only place I can find one for sale is in LA via ebay which at first glance is a risky proposition.

Has anyone got or seen one for sale?

Alternatively, has anyone bought a watch from ebay via Paypal & fraud protected credit card, been stung and successfully claimed?
