How addictive is online multiplayer gaming....?

I have just had a mammoth online session with my mate playing deathmatch Delta Force 2 and Delta Force Land Warrior on the NovaWorld network!! 
It is seriously addictive.
I started at 5.00 playing in the public area, I was supposed to be in ayr for 7.00 for a Open University course start meeting but didn't stopp gaming til nearly 8, after a 10 minute break got battered into DF2, and then switch to Land Wartrior at 10, and have just finished. OMG. How good is this gig, especially on Broadband. my mate is still on Dial-up, so I hosted, and was in the map a good 3 minutes before he got there, which meant I could lay claymores and satchel charges, and even lay up into a sniper position before he even spawned
Anybody up for a PH DF2/DFLW multiplayer? With some of the bigger maps we need a good number of people or you can go 10-15 minutes without seeing each other!
I know it ain't racing, but it's good to let off sdome steam every now and then.
