Trickle Charger for Tuscan 2
Discussion
I was running a solar charger (no mains) through the cigar lighter, however I found it very easy to blow the fuse if you are not carful when pulling the adaptor out. Might have just been the style of adaptor.
Over the winter we are going to relocate the anderson connector to the passanger foot well to A) stop it getting full of crap and B) making it a lot easier to get to.

An interesting idea. The useful thing about having the Anderson outside is if the battery is dead and the doors won't open, you don't have to use the secret way to get in, to get power. What about siting it under the service bonnet some how?
That might be an idea. Perhaps around the washer bottle area. Good point on the doors not opening it was a little bit of a squeeze the last time I tried to get in with no power....plus it was tiping it down!
