How did everyone else find the day?

I had a great time in the white Honda integra.

Was pleased the weather stayed dry and pretty much everyone seamed to behave themselves and give plenty of space to other cars.

The day seamed well run, they did apparently remove the wrist band from a friend of a friend in the silver Impreza so at least they where monitoring track behaviour.

Shame to see the mini on it's roof, It looked like a nice example.

Hope everyone else enjoyed it as much as me.

Yep thoroughly enjoyed the day, did more laps than i've ever done before, helped by the weather staying clear - although the low sun was a pain at c/ways and druids, found myself turning into druids hoping that there wasnt anything nasty lurking round ther corner. There were a few incidents of drivers not acknowledging the blue flags, got caught a few times behind a gaggle of cars that couldnt get past whatever was at the front of that particular group - but not the end of the world. Thought that it was a well run day, the 2 spins and out rule was a talking point in our little group - but in the end didnt prove a problem ( i'd envisaged a few problems as parts of the circuit were obviously damp/slippery for quite a while and had a couple of 'twitches' coming out of druids/clearways where i couldnt get the power down. i saw you out in your Honda and you looked to be having fun!

My first time at brands and had a good day out.

I was in the black Pulsar (in the same garage as the silver Scooby; nice couple of blokes)

Have to say the instruction was well worth the money.

A well run day I thought and a good mix of cars & drivers.

Was a shame about the mini as it was going great guns for most of the morning. I went and had a chat with the driver when he was loading the car up and he seemed ok considering.

It was a little bit busy at times but if you got lucky it did feel like you had the track to yourself.

Had a good day and only swapped ends once at paddock so avoided the two spins and you're out rule and I kept it out of the gravel.

Was having real problems with the cold, had trouble getting any heat into the tyres and the only way of warming the engine up was to leave it idling for 10 mins before venturing out on track. My mate in the black E36 M3 could drive round me at will with his R888's, may be the future.

Got a little frustrated with the traffic especially just after lunch, only managed a few laps where I was on full bore for the whole lap, and several laps just pottering round in second and third.

Will go back but must get some better tyres and go on a warmer day.

Mini was a great shame but as far as I could see was the only damage of the day.

The wrist band I think was removed for excessive tyre noise I think.

I certainly had a great day, even if it was a tad cold, i'd rather the cold than rain though so can't complain!

I was in the black Megane in the garage with the Integra, Clio V6 and Golf.

The only thing that slightly annoyed me were a couple of people that thought it fine just to park in front of any garage they pleased and then just leave their cars there unattended. Very annoying driving down the pit lane to find i couldn't pull into the garage i was using.

As Dan1758 said it was a good mix of different cars and drivers which was nice to see.

I know one thing, those mk1 golfs weren't standard..........

A pic of me and the Megane

...Gruffalo...agree the traffic was a bit of a pain, although it was only 2-3 times that i got caught up it it, what was a tad frustrating was a few folks not keeping over to the right to allow an easy/safe overtake, especially down the straight, a few times i lined up to pass only to find that the car in front had decided to run more or less the whole length of the straight on the left. or they'd done an overtake themselves and didnt consider then moving back themselves to allow a pass. small niggles, not the end of the world, would probably seem like a bigger deal if the weather had bene poor and therefore maybe fewer laps. whoever said about the r888's, had them on mine and in the morning struggled to get them warm, it was only just before lunch with the track having a good dry line that they started to get a bit more warmth in them. i see there's one next sunday there - tempting......
