Castrol TV ad from the 70's / 80's

A tune popped into my head today which was (I think ) used on a commercial for Castrol in the 70's / 80's

"Ive got a feeling I just cant hide, ooh it's not hard to define it, and goes onto say something about I love the way you stand out from the crowd...
Anyone remember the song / commercial?

Dont think that this is it.. Did not have a chance to listen to it before work this morning all the way through.. but the bit I did hear sounded very different...
