730 horsepower according to the news article, I think they may be slightly out there unless it's some kind of modified monster!
The article does allude to some modifications, however I wonder if they are confusing HP with cc capacity?Total rubbish anyway, the owner must be gutted.
Just hope the thieves do not destroy it.
The comments on parking it outside a flat are a bit harsh.
He is visiting a friend, he parks the car. That does not make it his fault.

re my comment on parking
In fairness if I was lucky enough to own something like that it would have some sort of immobilser (or two) and I sure as hell would be picky where I parked a soft top car like that and where it was taken from whould make me think twice about parking
And yes I sincerely hope he gets in back in one piece

Come on guys - hardly the owners fault it was stolen?
If by "leaving it in a place like dalmarnock", who here hasn't parked in a place that might have a dodgy reputation - if only for 20mins or so? We've even stopped at traffic lights in areas that might be dodgy, but we don't deserve to get car-jacked.
It's not as if he left it open/unlocked/running in an area that might have a dodgy reputation. The poor bloke parked outside his mates house, and some little neds have pinched his pride and joy. I hope he gets it back in one piece, and the little gits that stole it get caught!
