When did it become Disneys as opposed to Charles Dickens?

It's pretty good, saw it a couple of weeks ago. I'd not bother with the 3D though and just go see the normal version.

In fairness to my comments about being mugged for the extra money it costs to go see a 3D film and saying I would be watching this in 2D,I ballsed up with the film showing times and ended up watching the 3D version this weekend.I would say it is well worth the extra just for the snowflakes that seem to be filling the whole cinema biggrin

Describing it as A Xmas Carol rather than A Christmas Carol is also wrong wink

As long as it's true to the original story, it's ok. Personally one of my favourites is A Muppets Christmas Carol smile, oh and Scrooged with Bill Murray is pretty good too

Nope, I thought it was just me as well (just to check, we are talking about a sex act hiding in plain sight?)

Standard operating procedure with Disneybiggrin

It won't be as good as the Muppet Version, that's is a real classic.

Oh yes, I realise that. I think muppets is 2nd for me with the Albert Finney music version at number 1.

The snowflakes were good.

I'll never get to experience the joy of 3D films. OH is comically short sighted in one eye, so even wearing her special order contact lenses it doesn't work. She's verging on getting slightly offended by the current prevalence of 3D films too...

To be honest though, it still feels like a bit of a gimmick to me
