I have a Fujifilm Finepix S1500 and the LCD screen has been damaged due to accidental force. Are they expensive to replace? how would I go about doing such? Also it seems that the camera won't even turn on now, going to check batteries when I get some more tomorrow but the camera itself will no longer switch on.

Anyone else got or had to repair this model of camera?

I work in camera repairs and unless you can find a cheap 2nd hand screen on ebay or the like, forget about it. Fuji will want more than its worth to repair. Sorry!

I chucked the Fuji and ended up getting a Samsung PL57 for £99! Bargain!
