Piri piri

Hi guys, we own a cafe and we want to try out piri piri chicken but its not economical buying the nandos stuff so I was wondering our there any alternatives?

You can certainly buy it in its original form (which is not the same as Nandos). It should be a small bottle with a red sauce, bit like Tabasco.

This thread has just reminded me of the piri piri prawns i had on holiday in Portugal a few years ago. You've given me and idea something cook for a meal at the weekend now

You can get the piri piri sauce in Asda.
