Any issues with moving the front cat down stream?

I am thinking about adding the ability to easily replace the catalytic converters with replacement pipes via VBand clamps.
The problem is with the location of the front cat, and the in/out pipes with the tight bends. It looks like the easiest solution would be to move the front cat further down stream and towards the rear of the engine compartment.
Does anybody know of any issues with this idea? assuming appropriate heat shielding.? (outside of the cat being moved may take slightly longer to heat up and become efficient?)
Where the cat currently is would be a straight through pipe, heat / turbo issues?

Depending on which cat you used for it too.
Cat's have a "light up temperature" they need to reach before they're working correctly/at all.
