Hazard switch not working - advice

Anyone tell me how to get behind the hazard switch to check the wiring. Plus any other helpful comments on what else might be the reason its not working?

Its covered in the bible. I actually had to draw out the wiring diagram from scratch as it doesn't exist. The hazard switch simply switches a relay that connects both sides of the indicators. See pages 277-279
