All the bars in Perth are pretty close to each other which is handy.
Sandemans and the Foundry are good, (next to the cinema) Few other small bars dotted around the centre, then theres That Bar which is like the Star Wars bar full of complete neds and slappers....!
Theres also Roca Blue down near the river which is quite nice.
