Hi Guys, i dont want to spend to much on a watch as i NEVER take them off! I have just had my Briel watch fall apart so want a replacement, must be stainless strap as swimming, showering, washing up, working on the mota, etc, I like the look of the Tissot PRC 200, love a used Omega but i'd kill it!

I like that.

I have a Tissot, don't know what model but I paid just over 100 pounds for it in Dubai around 3 years ago, I wear it all the time at work, including offshore, and when I am messing with the car etc, it has needed one battery but the strap is still OK and it works perfectly.

I would have another.

Does it have to be as much as £200? If I were looking for a tough watch I'd be looking at a Seiko of some sort, either a Monster or an SKX031 / SKX007

I bought an SKX031 a while back which gets worn 90% of the time and it hasn't picked up a mark yet despite my best efforts.

They look amazing value and have quite a range - maybe one of their dive watches???

Seiko SKX007 or 009, ticks all your boxes.

Get em while they're hot, they are not always readily available, RLT have just taken delivery of a batch.

Fantastic piece for the money IMO . I've had a PR50 Chrono for 15 years and it's never missed a beat except when it needs a service.

My next purchase is likely to be a SKX009 - loving the pepsi bezel :-)

If you're REALLY brutal on watches, and you're not too arsed about having a mechanical, have a look at a G-Shock Giez.

This sort of thing:

I had a budget similar to this and plumped for a seiko SKX007, great looking simple watch and keeps good time with Auto movement. Worth a look.
