E60 M5 - display multiple POI on Nav?

Hi,

I've been trying to find the answer on here but assume it's impossible as I can't find anything.

On my TomTom I can select which POI's to display, so can have speed cameras, petrol stations, cash machines etc and anything I want all displayed at the same time.

However on the (iDrive) BMW Satnav it seems that I have to search the area I am in (within 100 miles) for a POI such as petrol stations, but then if I select another like cash machines the petrol stations disappear?

Am I missing something, I just want 3-4 different categories of POI to be displayed all the time (mainly petrol stations and cash machines!!)?
