Recommend A Crash Helmet?

I'm looking to buy a new full face crash helmet to replace my old one which has seen better days. It will mainly only be used for tin-top car track days, maybe with the odd blat in an open top car, any recommendations with budget circa £200?

Hi Everyone,
I'm actually having the same dilemma, I'll be doing a few trackdays from now on and am looking for a helmet that won't break the bank. Are there certain standards that they should adhere to in order to be allowed on a trackday? I've seen some which are extremely cheap (<£50), surely the EC Standard they meet isn't good enough is it?
Looking forward to meeting some of you at track days next year.

Suffice to say the Hedtec helmet above meets all the standards you could want...but is very cheap.
If any venue or organiser does go ahead with this rather foolish proposition, then itll cost them dear. Wtf would they insist on a fireproof lining in an otherwise ientical helmet, when people dont have to wear any other fireproof clothing (youre lucky if you get asked to roll your sleeves down)? When youre already wearing a hard hat you need to be more concerned about the rest of your jeans and tshirt covered body, I think.....Suffice to say the Hedtec helmet above meets all the standards you could want...but is very cheap.
One further point: since the EU interfered all helmets sold for road use have to meet ECE22.05. Before this helmets were tested to either BS6658-A or BS6658-B. The majority of helmets sold met the higher 'A' standard, which would qualify for an MSA sticker (and still will until the end of the year). The newer fireproof standard -BS6658-A/FR- is essentially a TypeA helmet with a Nomex liner.
Back to the EU: because of their meddling and their pushing an inferior testing standard onto us, its now far harder to find a suitable helmet, because Arai & Shoei are having to sell ECE22.05 marked helmets. Their helmets are still more than good enough to pass the British Standard tests of course, but theyre only being tested to. and carrying, the ECE approval.
Unfortunately this makes it easier for the ill-informed to deride 'bike helmets' as ECE22.05 lumps in all manner of helmets, from the finest Arais to the poorest thermoplastic rubbish aimed at pizza delivery riders.
One further point: the MSA's foolish removal of 'National' approval for Type-A helmets has forced a lot of people to move from excellent Arai & Shoei helmets, into cheap Chinese manufactured kit: and whilst its approved to the Snell 2005 standard, I know that Id trade the Nomex lining for Japanese Arai quality that I trust, over a pointless piece material EVERY time, should it all go wrong.....

The best helmet to get is the one that fits best.
You can spend relatively little or ridiculously huge amounts, but if it doesnt fit well then it is a waste of money. Because different helmet manufacturers work to different "normal" shaped heads that means you really do have to go to a shop and try a number of them on to find the best one for you.

I doubt you will have any problem using it on trackdays. I have never had helmets checked on any trackday I have been to.
I know that there has been rumour of the possibility that regulations may be enforced in the future, but I have not seen any evidence that it is anything other than a rumour. And as others have said it would be a very big step for any trackday company to take as you currently need no more protection than a £20 bike helmet, some jeans and a shirt.
Has anyone heard anything even remotely like official confirmation of an increase in safety regulations?
