Break In - CCTV Suggestions

We had a van that my wife uses for her business broken into on our drive last night. We live in a very peaceful cul-de-sac and obviously are now feeling a little uncomfortable knowing that we have been targeted. I'd like to invest in CCTV to at least capture some evidence if this happens again. My problem is that I know nothing about CCTV. Can anyone suggest any suitable systems for consideration? Grateful for any advice!

If you can, wait until they have a sale as it will be 1/2 price (if its a kit)
