clio 1.5 dci turbo change egr clean
Discussion
Hi, i have a Renault Clio 1.5 dci van that is blowing out lots of white/blue smoke when i throttle. The power is still as it should be. I am guessing i have caught it at the early stages of the turbo on its way out. I am planning to replace the turbo myself with a second hand unit as funds are quite tight at the moment. I have heard that it is quite simple to do. Also, i have heard that its a good idea to clean the egr valve at the same time. Can anyone explain the procedure for doing both of these things, any help or advice would be much appreciated as im a bit of a novice. Thanks.
