Why do people put ETA rather than EFA when editing posts?

Not a criticism, as I am probably not "up there with intrawebs speak", but I thought EFA stood for "Edited for accuracy", and ETA was "Estimated time of arrival" ?

I always giggle when I read posts edited where the poster has corrected said message with "Eta: something".

I think, when is 'something' arriving? Hmmm...

I use ETA when I've forgotten something, and EFA if I've mis-remembered (or need to make a pun on someone else's reply )

I wonder how many abbreviations you could put in one sentence for it to still make sence? Now there is a challenge...

EFA - when you edit already posted information to increase the accuracy of your post (correcting a number etc)
