www.pistonheads.com/sales/1361605.htm

I thought I'd put some interesting photos on rather than the boring four corners and inside that everyone else seems to take.

Like them?

Selling because I'm skint, and yes, the engine bay could do with a clean!

Frankly the scenic photos will do nothing towards selling the car. However, being able to bring it to the attention of everyone on here might. biggrin

On a side note after checking yours out I noticed Picadors have a £10k VXR LS2 up for sale! High miles though, but still.
I wonder if the owner traded it on a superior VXR8.

Good luck with your sale dude.

That one for £10k be an ideal starting base for a massive project

By massive I take it you mean 454 cubes biggrin ?

Pity the boot sucks balls. Id prefer an 04 CV8 as a base.

Ann odd conundrum of £18k being good value in overall automotive terms, but poor value compared to the new VXR8's that were kicking about 2-3 months ago....

Probably would sell quickly at £16-£16.5k

Looks far too pricy to me. VXR 500 available from a dealer for 21k, before you start negotiating.

The Picador bargain has done 107K and is silver.
I'm not in a rush to sell.

Different cars appeal to different ppl so shouldnt be compared value wise, they have been crossed over in the guides value wise for some time so the trade recognises the differences.

Nice car, shame you have to sell, the only things I would be put off from buying from my own point of view is that I think it's a little steep for the age and it's really missing a service, should of had 3 by now but as warranty has run out, not so much an issue but any buyer may want the service done or at least deducted from the price once agreed, but whatever happens, good luck with the sale thumbup
