Just wondered about the supersprint exhaust, is it good? Loud?

That one is actually louder in the vid as it has the centre X pipe instead of the centre silencers.

Yes they are reasonably loud - especially when cold and warming up - but if you didn't like it you could always stick it on ebay. They are a good quaility item and well sought. PM me first though if you do and I would buy it wink

Stevie,

Seriously overpriced at £8,250
He's done the lights to 00 spec but she's still a 99 car.
Odds are she'll drink oil like a fish.
And the wood dash is a matter of debate.
Oxford Green?
mate in the trade says 50% wont even look at a green motor!!

Simon,
Interesting comments!
Funny enough I like the wood trim with the black leather, not so keen on the brushed ally. Personal taste I suppose.
I quite like the green but I was wondering about its resale potential.

The SS exhaust sounds gorgeous. My housemate had one on his - albeit with the X-pipe. Was too loud for his commute with the X-pipe, so he got rid of it sadly. Backboxes on their own shouldn't be too loud.

Oxford Green was the worst resale colour for e46 M3s I believe. Not sure if this is true of the e39 M5 too.

As the man said RV is important especially with this type of car, GREEN means NO good RV.

I think that green looks great -- who cares about the resale value, especially before you've even bought the damn thing!?!
