fell off bike yesterday! smashed up wrist bad, good job i got auto car. cant remeber thing bout it! in west suffolk awaiting surgery on wwrist.

ouch!hope you make a good recovery,it could have been a lot worse.when i broke my wrist a year or so ago i wasnt allowed to drive for insurance reasons,worth checking just in case.6 weeks of no work and no driving drove me nuts.
hope the op goes well,youll be back on the bike in no time

Sorry to hear of your accident, hope you get better soon.

I gave up biking after thirty years when I heard about the lady in her mid-fifties who was 5 times over the drink drive limit and drove round the Tesco roundaboaut in Dereham the wrong way. Apparently she used to live in France and thought she was back there!

With people like that on the road, you really do not stand a chance on a bike.

Unfortunately a third party dropped its load in frontg of me on a corner and in the dark i had no chance of seeing it. Wiped out me and the bike (bike is a write off), thank god i have legal cover and good insurance, and according to the police my bike kit saved my life!
