Its that time of year again people!

HantsCC Christmas Cruise '09.

Location: Southampton Staples/Tescos - SO15 1BA

Time/Date: Sunday 13th December. 8pm onwards.

Details:
Low light & Cold weather conditions so please drive carefully.
Wrap up warm!
Police will be in attendance to monitor and on standby.
CCTV Surveillance also present.
Toilets and Hot food places within 1 minute walk.

HantsCC are NOT responsible for any bad behaviour or wreckless driving.

Lets make this a big turnout like it has been the last few years!

I would think there would be "low light" at 8PM biglaugh.

As it is a Sunday, why not hold the event in daylight idea

Sorry, what's the point of this?

Last time I was in that area on a Sunday evening some genius 4 up in a Saxo tried to race me off the lights up past Leisure World. He must have gone past the speed camera at around 50mph. Classic.

To be fair, these guys are okay. The "core" people are a reasonably sensible lot. You do get a few tossers turn up and behave like aholes, but they soon get bored and ps off to Maccy Ds in Hedge End, where they are met by BIB and given roadside MOTs and section 59s. hehe

I understand what you're saying, but I don't get the appeal of hanging around wet and windy industrial estates when all the shops are closed. What's wrong with a proper car meet at a pub?
