Decent Vacuum Cleaners?

Somewhere, not to far from here on the interweb, probably lurking on the next page of this forum is all you need to know.
It may be a miele, or a henry or possibly even a dyson, but looking for thirty eight seconds down the list here and you'll read what everyone has already written on this subject over the last couple of months.

Thanks for the pointer Spikeyhead!
Had a good read through the posts and reckon the Miele TT5000 looks good value / performance.
We have no pets but want something with good suction obviously.
Anyone had one who can honestly say it's worth getting?

We've got the TT and the wife reports it's very good! Trouble free in the 3 years we've had it and it has loads of suction, not sure how much they cost but it was expensive when we urchased - £220 IIRC.Had a good read through the posts and reckon the Miele TT5000 looks good value / performance.
