E60 Auxilliary input?

Hi,

I need some advice as to how difficult it will be to add an aux. input cable from the head unit on my 2004 E60 525d. The car has standard audio with a Logic 7 upgrade. Can I plug in a cable and route it to the glove box to allow me to link my mp3 player, or am I stuck with an FM transmitter?

Pretty sure a recode will be required to enable it...

You could buy a dice unit as that is for ipods but has an aux input aswell.

Im not sure about the dension.
