The car is a '97 M3, with aftermarket eibach pro street S coilovers (shocks made my KW with eibach springs) and eibach ARB's on the front and back. For the second time in <10k miles the droplinks on the antiroll bar have failed, one side followed by failure of the other after a few thousand miles. Both times the screw of the bottom ball joint has sheered off, leaving the drop link attached to the shock absorber outer casing but not the ARB.

Compared to the OEM setup they are thicker and shorter droplinks, has anyone has similar issues before with aftermarket kits?

Is it just the increased stiffness not being durable over some rubbish UK roads, speed bumps etc?

I have suffered the same problem! Currently running my third set of Whiteline droplinks in 2 and half years and 16-18K.....would be very interested to understand why they are failing!! The second set only saw one outing on track.

Clabcon, I run H&R coilovers and H&R anti roll bars. Roll bars are set loose on the rear and stiff on the front. I also run 18" BBS LMs with 245s and 265s respectively....
Incidentally my coilovers have recently given up as well!! Dampers blown their seals. Not happy!
