helmet info req'd please

evening all having booked up for my first uk trackday in a few weeks i now need to find a helmet at a resonable budget i had looked at an omp star open faced which was advertised as a track day helmet but doing some reading i'm concerned that i won't be able to use it on some tracks as it's ece205 rated and there seems to be alot of talk regarding trackday helmets conforming to msa regs i.e now fire resistant or a/fr rated i would think maximum usage will be 3-4 times a year and i will be using my road car on track so won't be on the ragged edge trying anything stupid, does anyone know for sure what the track day rules are going to start enforcing before i spend's me money and any helmet suggestions would be appriciated thanks andy
