anyone work in TV? - qn about so much repetition
Discussion
Seems like there is much more of a tendancy these days on TV to lower the signal to noise ratio with lots more "here's whats coming up after the break...", and then 10 mins later " ..here is what we've just shown you.. " - this means that on shows like 'wheeler dealers' , if you SKY+ it, and skip the ads as well, there is about 25(ish) mins in the elapsed hour of TV. These programs can't be that expensive to make, and filming a little more content can't increase the budget that much - so why so much repetition?
cheers
