This weekend wasn't great weather wise, so if it is reasonable this Sunday we can go out for a few hours and some lunch. I think during the winter months we will get alot of the days cancelled due to the weather. It keeps the wheels turning until the summer- time.

Sunday 29th Nov. Leave from Stirling/Falkirk area around 11am. About 2hrs of driving and some lunch. You get to try your new tyres Si. Look forward to seeing you all if the weather isn't dodgy.

Yeah, my first run has been a long time coming!

It's great, ticks all the boxes i need. Glad to be back in something quick.
My last daily driver was a CDTi corsa with 60mpg - the ST is going to take some serious getting used to in that respect

Ha Ha, he won't be happy - although the colour should be just fine.

Weather is looking dry for Saturday right through to Sunday. Rain forecast for Sunday late afternoon.
If the weather is good who is going?

1. kmm - yellow submarine
2. Si - 5.7 with new tyres

If it's looking dodgy for Sunday I'll not bother. If Saturday's looking drier I'd be up for a run (taking in the rugby in a pub!) then instead though.

I'd be game for this, though Saturday would be my prefered date if I'm honest, but could manage either. Would be coming from the north, so could meet at Crainlarich

fluffnik have you got a black eye or have you been washing your car? DTW wasn't planning on going through Crainlarich.

I will check weather tomorrow to see if the forecast is still the same last time i looked. I'm happy to go on Sunday, although i can also make the Saturday. Let me know what you think. Possible route Falkirk - Crieff - Lochearhead - Falkirk. Lunch stop + about 2 hrs of driving.

Sorry, thought the plan had been to do Glencoe. No matter, still get a decent run over Glenshee

I'm happy to do either Saturday or Sunday

You have a point, originally for last week-end i did mention Glen Coe. I will look at a few routes tonight and get more accurate time/distance.
