amount of hardcore required for infill?

I know this has been discussed before but what is the percentage of volume used to work out how much hardcore is required to infill a sub-base?
IE- if the volume was 10 cubic metres, how much hardcore, compared to skelpings, is required, knowing the hardcore will have more void space?
