Hi

I am looking at the M3 coupes and am a little unsure on the models.

Is the E90 is saloon version and the E92 the coupe?

Are there any facelift or major changes, or are they still the same as when they were first introduced?

Thanks in advance.

Significant changes since introduction in 2007 were the availability of the DCT dual clutch semi-auto box in spring 2008, and the significant improvement of iDrive on 2010 model year cars. Other changes have been minute.

Easiest way to tell between pre/post facelifts is the buttons around the iDrive knob. Pre has less buttons than post.

IIRC, E91 is the cab variant?

Saloon E90, Coupe E92, Cab E93. I would guess the Touring is E91, but not available in M3.

Thanks for the answers guys.

So the lights haven't changed or anything like that? I remember on the E46 the LED style rear lights came in after a few years.
