PH parents of 2010...
Discussion
So, in a shameless bit of thread-theftery from the 2009 thread, I figured that those of us expecting the first PH babies of the new decade should have our own thread, to share all our exictement / worry / stories / reassurances.
I'll go first:
I'm BF, and I've been an expectant father for 14 weeks now. Mini BF is due on the 21st May 2010. I'm swaying between excitement and bricking it...
ETA it'll be our first.
PS - Mods, I did a proper search - honestly - and couldn't find an existing thread but please feel free to delete / point me in the right direction if I've missed it

Yes mate we're having a boy. To be honest with you i'm not a big one for suprises and would rather find out the sex so we can prepare.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the little fella stays in there untill his due date, if he comes a week early he'll be a christmas baby and I can see that causing many tantrums when he is a bit older lol

I'd go for Gonzo, if you to give him them something to day at the inevitable "tell us something interesting about yourself" corporate introductions they'll have to do at some point...
Updat on Mrs BF - coming to the end of week 14, she's in the eating / gaining weight + size / sleeping phase right now.
I'm in the "looking at prams / carseats and not knowing where to start phase". Struggling with ideas for boys names, I think George is top of the list right now.
Any suggestions?

If you don't mind it would be cool to see some 4D images, thinking of having it done ourselves?
Sure, going on 9th Dec, will report back with gratuitous pics. The boss is the one wanting it, so anything to keep her happy. Saying that, will be great to see jr 3 months before he arrives...
Joining this thread as I don't think we are going to make the 2009 thread.First Granddaughter was due between Dec 29th and Jan 4th, getting impatient now.
Spent the last couple of days getting my big silver cross pram out of the loft and cleaning it. It's all made up, just need a baby to go in it. (I have a feeling it's going to be so hard to take a backseat!)
Mrs PBF is due to pop Feb 17th
She's currently sleeping for England...
We don't know what sex so we're struggling trying to think of two sets of names!
Can't wait although I know our world will be completely turned upside down. Perfect excuse to get an estate again though, so an oldish T5 appears on Tuesday hopefully!

SWMBO is expecting miniBills 2 and 3 in April
It's, erm, scary
Congratulations, twins how lovely. (Sounds expensive though
)Mrs 644 is 11 weeks pregnant with number 2. We have a supposed due date of 25th July.
We had a private scan at 9 weeks and all is fine.
Number 1s nickname was Jellybean as she had a very similar resemblance to a Jellybean in the first scan, so this one is called Baked Bean.
We won't be finding out the sex, so we have to come up with two sets of names.
At least we know what to expect this time.

Still no bloody sign, daughter has been for a sweep this morning, but it couldn't be done as her cervix is clamped shut
Slightly worried as she has to have a cannula put in as soon as she goes into labour, it seems she was forgotten to be told to take iron pills
even though they knew she was borderline anaemic.
Inducement booked for Friday morning, but hopefully it won't be needed.

Hey All
Just found this, the gf and I are expecting identical twin boys, the official due date is 6th of June but they've told us they won't let her go that long and they'll be at least 2 weeks early so May sometime.
Names have been sorted (Calvin Jacob and Ethan Joel, Calvin after Calvin and Hobbes, and Ethan Joel after the cohen brothers) I can honestly say I'm bricking it and I have no idea what to expect, she's promised me it'll all be ok though.
Sadly I've had to sell the mustangs (with the promise I can replace one in a couple of years) and she wants a minivan :-S
Oh yes, nicknames are currently copy and paste
