How does one do the breach Special Op?

Disarming bombs, sniping people, flying other vehicles and such is easy compared to the first breach mission.

Anyone got any tips for it? Split to either side and take down the raised people?

Get the gun with the grenade launcher attachment... empty the first clip shooting everyone but don't stop running forwards, when the riot shield guys come use the grenade launcher behind them. Took me 18.10s to do.
