I just wanted to say thanks to gareth for kindly having a look at my car last minute. I arrived at his unit at gone 10pm friday before srr and didnt leave until 12.20am saturday. Managed to diagnose the problem as just a leaky seal and the car is now booked in for the 2nd december for the repair.

So i just wanted to say thanks as i dont think that i would get this kind of help and support on other forums

Yes he is full of help and advise... put me right on a few things when I had questions, shame he lives so far away as the setup he has looks top notch!

No problem, you're welcome. At least you made it to D Day at SRR which is something we were all looking forward to for some time. It would have been a shame to miss it at the last minute. Probably a bit of a sad bastard for having nothing better to do on a Friday night!!!

Must admit to having a bad back Monday from lifting the exhaust back at a funny angle, and slipping over after tighteneing the prop bolts back up. OK now though. Cheers.

Fair dos Gareth you would be hard pressed to get a workshop to stay open even when paying them at that time on a Friday. True dedication to the marque. I'm sure if we gave out awards your name would be on one. (Hemi) for example.
