Anyone done it recently? Do they have a season or is it rather hit and miss these days?

Thanks

I've always wanted to go, but it seems if there is enough snow to ski you can't get to the slopes.
If you can get to the slopes its raining.
Locals please confirm or deny?

I met a group of Scots skiing in Italy, when I asked them about skiing in Scotland, they said "Only Scottish people ski in Scotland - it's crap, don't bother".
