Omega Planet Ocean or something else? Tag? IWC? views please
Discussion
Have recently received an inheritance and looking to purchase another watch perhaps upto c.2500gbp. There are quite a few nice ones but have found my gaze falling upon the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean (small dial, black leather strap, orange bezel). Really like it, simple, sharp and eye catching but not too brash. However i'm wondering if i can do better for the cash.
Have seen IWC Spitfire UTC and maybe even a Tag Monaco (low rent?) but just not sure.
Currently have an Omega Speedmaster Date and a Breitling Colt Chronograph Transocean to give you an idea of current styles and so a bit done with the multi dialled chronograph faces.
Any ideas and what would you do?
Also what sort of price am i looking at in the UK for a Planet Ocean and wheres best to buy? (i'm on oz but coming to UK via Singapore in a month so figured bargains could be had).

Retail is £2,150 on a bracelet, a bit less for rubber. I would imagine you could actually get one for a bit less than £2k quite easily and maybe £1,850 if you haggle well.
You can buy one for less than that VERY easily. Expect 20% discount minimum so £1720 for a £2150 watch.Gassing Station | Watches | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
