modern warfare 2

well after playing Deus Ex, MW2 is a bit of a shock
looks gobsmacking on my 30" monitor at 2560x1600
the environments are incerdibly designed and well made, so mych gritty realism and so much details... the shanty town in Rio is stunning, i just want to walk aroudn it and be in it for hours. Such a shame then that its all just a very quick linear walkthrough. And i guess the polygon count can be high precisely because its a confined linear model.
When they make a game with the GFX and detail of MW2 but the involvement and gameplay of Deus Ex, that will be stonking.
High hopes for Assasins Creed 2 then

It really is incredible how gaming has moved on isn't it. I play Modern Warfare 2 on Xbox360 and a run of the mill 1080i HD setup and it looks fantastic.
I agree, Deus Ex is a great game and I have enjoyed many hours on it but I now find it difficult going back to games such as this after being spoiled by the beautiful visuals of their modern equivalants.
