Change Wood Dash Trim

Hi chaps,
Need to change the wood trim on a BMW 630 2005 05 CON,
looking for a black wood or a brushed silver trim.
Can you paint exsisting or is there an afternarket option or bmw part number

I suspect the price from a dealer will be grievously expensive, so your best bet might be a breaker who will merely want an arm and half a leg for a set. I know that prices for these bits even for an E39 5-series (consider for a moment the sheer volume out there compared to the 6) are high enough to be largely unappealing.
