What is the difference in the 2 wheelie bars, Solid ones and the ones with springs. I know the springs cussion the bang when the wheels hit the floor but i just wondered if one set is better than the other set. Ive always used the spring loaded one but like the look of the solid ones so just bought some.
Thanks Adam.

none of them should be solid as such. A tripod design should have a slipjoint single lower tube. Generally they're moly which has some flex and spring to it. Over a long enough length this flex takes up the shock loading. A set of short solid bars will simply unload the rear tyres.

running on short solid bars will simply make them a pivot point. If you're running on the bars consider the leaf sprung type. You need to soften the impact on the bars to keep the tyres planted.
