I passed a "watch gallery" shop this afternoon on Fulham Road just past Bibendum and spied a tray of the above watches.

I thought that the Panerai watches although lovely with their locking crown affair and a certain 70's charm that couldn't be beaten untill I spotted these mothers.

Simply beautiful. Not everyone's cup of tea, but after lusting after the Italian Navel watch for so long I think I have found another avenue of desire.

Loving the trigger......

Edit: to add that between them was a tray of Bell & Ross beauties.

I am going to get asked to move on daily now drooling at the window.

Certainly not my cup of tea.

I think they are vile and possibly some of the most overpriced watches around. Most of them look like 99p cigarette lighters. Cynically trying to magic up some provenance by naming their watches after George Graham is just taking the pi$$

Cigarette lighter? I think that they look like can openers. Horrific & gaudy.

I'm with CedGTV. It's certainly an unpopular standpoint but I like the boldness of Graham. While other brands are monkeying around with white face vs grey face or arabic vs roman numerals, they've gone and torn up the rule book and done something completely different. I like and respect that about them.

(plus I've always liked an Underdog!)

This. Surely they don't need the name if they're going to produce such blingy objects.

about $4500-$6000 US. Way to much for this quality of watch. if you like the style that's one thing, but paying this much for this quality is something completely different.

This! Only made appealing if you had to make a choice between a Graham watch or a Jacob&Co watch hehe

I could think of many other watches I'd rather have for that sort of cash! Here are some eye-watering prices: http://www.jurawatches.co.uk/graham_of_london.asp?...

Maybe this would be more useful ?

Seriously those Grahams aren't loved. If you want to spend daft money on huge-chunks-of-steel-with-bits-and-bobs-hanging-off-all-over-the-place you should be looking at U Boats :

Or for a fraction of the price head on over to the PH fave,
'Werthers Original Mechanical Monstrosities'

Could they make it any more difficult to read?

The reason I like analogue watches is because you can just glance at them and 'see' the time without actually reading anything. Then again I am extremely boring and old fashioned.
