Balboni Stripe

i've always thought the (unremoveable) stripe on the balboni spoils the look of the car a little, however I was in lambo manchester yesterday and they had a (sold, unfortunately) white car with grey/gold stripe and it looked absolutely amazing. i hadn't seen this combo before but in my opinion its by far the best colour combo...

Any thoughts?

I've seen a black one with no stripe... must have been a special order!

u sure it was a balboni? i'm told it was put of to make a constant stripe over the bodywork and through the cockpit and definitely can't be removed?

It was at a car at a press release or something. I didn't see it personally, but there was a pic of it floating around somewhere.

there was (mabey still is) a white one in lambo london aswell, i agree that its the best colour, as for the stripe a re-spray would get rid of it...

possibly the same car. manchester had 3 yesterday.

a re-spray would work I guess - but a pricey addition to the spec!!

Yes, there still is a white one at HR Owens in London. I would agree it looks fantastic. So far seen one in black, dark grey and white, and would say the white is the best in my opinion. Should get a picture, as it's beside an orange Superleggera too.

The 550-2 was in grey at MPH the top gear live bit, didn't look great, might have been the shade of grey though... superleggera does look good in grey i'll grant you that andrew.

I love the interior inside the car!!!! The stripe really makes it I think.

They all have the stripe unless it has been resprayed.

Yea, I had posted the photo in the 550 thread I started a while ago but it's been removed from flickr now.
