Hotel Northants/Cambs borders.

Looking for recommendations / suggestions for a hotel around the Northants / Cambridge borders.
Ideally, somewhere with a pool that is child friendly.
Some of the Spa type hotels are very restrictive on pool use by kids and some are insisting on a 2 night stay. we are looking at mid Jan, hopefully a Saturday night only.
