smile Hello from Italy!

I am a friend of Matteo, that buy a car here, by this forum (http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&t=751485&hw=V6GTO&nmt=Looking) a couple of month ago.

Like Matteo i am searching for a Noble:

- Noble M12 GTO 3r or a (cheap!) M400 .
- Well cared, full and complete service history, garaged and corrosion-free.
- I prefer a "strong" colour but anything considered...
- 6 speed gearbox, LSD.
- Leather or alcantara interior.
- Upgrade? : engine pipes changed, fuel pump, bigger intercooler, fuel pump, suspension e co. upgrades...
- Low track-days usage
- hpi problems free

I already received 3 offers in 3 days, 2 are very good, anyone else?

I will decide 4 the best one at the end of this week (and i hope i will sell my XTR2..)

CIAO!

To be fair people seem to forget that their stock is mainly made up of SOR's "sale or return", reading back through some posts about them i think some of the criticism is uncalled for, they didnt build the cars at the end of the day. Theres also a lot of people who have had an enjoyable experience buying cars from them so its six and half a dozen of another smile

TOENHEEL,

Are they selling the car for you? if not why didnt you sell privately? im in the market for a 3r also at the moment and phoned the garage, they gave me an insult of an offer for my Cayman as P.X yet they want top value for their cars, cant have it both ways, needless to say i didnt take up their offer.

Cheers
John

IMHO, I dont think they are bad guys, they need to get some after sales service and they will then get some good publicity. it is a shame as they get some fantastic cars, I did think I would like to get a look at that car and when I noticed it was them I thought I wouldn't bother

John I have had it up for sale privately but only really attracted ridiculous part exchange offers. Some may think im asking strong money for the car but it really is a gem and im going to be very sad to see it go as Nobles like this one are hard to come by now. If your still interested drop me an e mail from my profile :-)

To be honest i havent used them before but was very impressed with their stock etc and thought with winter coming up the car would have more chance of selling from a garage and a years warranty although it has got up till june next year left on the warranty from Hexham HC. Like i say a very reluctant sale all the same I love the car to bits.

Ahahah, when Leo drove my GTO last week in Rijeka racetrack I tought immediatly: "oh no, mine won't be the only Noble in our club"

Now I need something more to fight on track with Leo... new coilovers, more power, grippy tires, chargecooling... money money money again!!!

@Sean, your fantastic car is performing really well, 5000miles done and 2 trackdays from the day I collected it. (10th october)
Just had some minor issues, like I was expecting... a small water leakage from rear turbo (resolved immediatly with a new gasket) the underpan needs to be resealed and the dampers/springs are gone after the last trackday.
Now I am considering Nitron or Avo/Gaz for a budget, we'll see.

Say hello to daddysmile

A little bit off topic but I bought my car from a private seller while Driven Image had it on SOR.

Luckily for me the owner had advertised it privately on here and at the time I had a car to sell but kept his details.

3 months later when Driven Image still had the car up for sale at unrealistic price I contacted the owner and was able to buy direct from him.
I have to say the guys at Driven Image were not that impressed when after advertising the car I turned up to pick it up and they got nothing out of it.
They dohave some nice cars but I agree they are asking top dollar and to be honest the 'showroom' and the way the cars are presented is not the best.

Anyway good luck with the sale, it looks a cracking car.

And Leo good luck with the searchthumbup

Wirestriker said the truth.

I have an exige but i felt in love with his Noble when, on Rijeka's track, i tried it.

And now..in the incoming trackday season we will fight with the same car!!!! smile = Noble found!
