Is what I think your asking. In which case, Ebay.
Working in a bike shop I used to hear a lot about this.
Very, very often they would turn up on ebay a few days/weeks later.
They also turn up in shops, a lot.
We got quite a few peoples bieks back.
Print off some phots and details and take them to your local shops - they'll be happy to stick them up in the staff room so the staff can keep an eye out and take appropriate action when they appear.

you selling the orange?
I have always used ebay, and done very well both selling bikes and buying bits.
I recently sold a well used 2007 stumpjumper for over 60% of its original cost!
It does take time and patience but I find that half the fun!
-10% final value fees now, and lose another 4% if they pay via Paypal. Some stuff does go for silly money which goes some way to offset that though.I have always used ebay, and done very well both selling bikes and buying bits.
