How much is it worth?

My 2003 03 plate Audi A4 Cabriolet 1.8T in blue with black cloth seats, covered 45000 miles with full Audi service history.
Its standard apart from the ski bag through load,
Going to p/x it in the new year and have been offered £10k, should I take it?
