Giottos tripods: any good?

Has anyone got a Giottos tripod? Is it any good? Well built? Comparable to Manfrotto?

I had to check because I though Giottos one was one the brands in the same stable as Manfrotto - but that was Gitzo !

Anyway, Giottos stuff is, from what I've seen, generally pretty good. Certainly stands comparison with Manfrotto.

I have an MTL9251B with the 5001 3 way head. I have been very impressed with it. It is very sturdy and easy to set up. I use it with my DSLR and my wife uses it with a camcorder and it is great for both.
