Good Aberdeen restaurants....?
Discussion
Ooh, traditional fare, steak/seafood or French, perhaps even a good upmarket Chinese/oriental..... I used to know them all, but hear that some of the 'known' names have become a little run-down now.
Olive tree used to be good, Silver Darling etc, but as it's been years, I don't wanna waste my time on anything that's gone down hill....

La stella gets my vote,
was there on Saturday for lunch
Agreed. La Stella has been my fave for some time now (assuming you like seafood). Blue Moon is similar and have been twice, only open weekends i think.was there on Saturday for lunch

Malmaison is over-priced, but good food although you need to book weks in advance as a rule.
Had a meal at No.1 on Albyn last weekend, it's been taken over by the owners of Fusion (Another good one) and the meal experience we had was superb, 9/10 (Deducted a point for smallish portions!!) and reasonably priced, been raving about it to anyone who'll listen all week
