Help!!! Fancy dress idea please

Our office’s Xmas do is having fancy dress. We all have to randomly pick out two letters form the alphabets and then dress up as anything (character, famous people etc) from the two letters. For instance if you’ve got ‘J & M’ then you can dress up as Jacko etc.

I’ve got letters ‘I’ & ‘Y’.

Don’t want to fork out lots for costume / makeup etc, so the simpler the better. Any idea?
