1985 205 Gti-6 (shelled from 205 GRD Diesel).
240bhp, helped by BTCC cams, rebored and internally polished inlet manifold, viper cold feed, cosworth injectors on reprogrammed standard GTi-6 ECU, ceramic flywheel (not a cheap purchase), reground and lightened crank, ported polished and reprofiled head, 4-2-1 manifold with spring loaded valves to aid back pressure, peugeot sport engine mounts, OMP Grp N straight through exhaust, Comp B 4 pot calipers 2 piece rotors (not pictured here), 1.9 rear beam, 309 front arms, Safety devices weld in cage, alloy braces, corbeau touring car seats, OMP 6 point harnesses, battery in boot, plummed in extinguishers, fuel tank baffles and uprated pump, morrette quad lights with cold feed, internal brake lines and fuel lines, spax adjustables.
Now dead as its new owner wrapped it at Knockhill after only 4 laps. Thats £2k + per lap ouch!!

1st one i built. Same as above but a 1.6 GTi shell and 180 bhp Gti-6 engine.

Not the fastest car in the world, but it's light and surprises a few ''bigger'' boys.

It's a track toy and I'll hopefully be using it in some Sprint/Hillclimb events next year too.

Engine is pretty standard to keep it reliable. Its alot of fun, corners fantastically and we were hitting just under a ton down the straight in the wet. Performance back box, lowered springs, fully stripped out, sparco buckets and harnesses, safety devices cage, perspex windows etc
